Refund & Return Policy
At Ecozia we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience and ensure 100% customer satisfaction with our products. In the unlikely event that you need to return or exchange a product, we’re here to help. Below are the guidelines for returns, replacements, and refunds.
Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery, applicable only to products purchased and delivered within India.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The product must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- It should be returned in its original packaging, including all labels, price tags, and accessories.
- Proof of purchase (e.g., invoice) must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items
At Ecozoa we cannot accept returns for:
- Products damaged due to misuse, overuse, or improper handling.
- Items returned without original packaging or missing components.
- Customized or personalized orders.
- Items with tampered serial numbers, product codes, or barcodes.
- Free gifts or promotional items are included with the original purchase.
- Requests are made after 7 days from the date of delivery.
Refund Process
If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
Steps to Refund:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of its approval or rejection via email.
- If approved, the refund will be initiated within 2-3 business days. The amount may take an additional 3-5 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. You will need to share your bank account details via email.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only for items that are defective or damaged.
Steps to Exchange:
- Contact our Customer Support team at care@ecozia.in within 7 days of delivery.
- Share the order ID, product details, and an image of the defective/damaged product for reference.
- Once approved, we will arrange for a pickup within 2-4 business days.
- The replacement will be shipped upon receiving and verifying the returned product.
Note: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or obtaining proof of postage, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check with your bank or credit card issuer; processing delays are common.
- Contact us at care@ecozia.in if the issue persists.
Damaged or Incorrect Items Received
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery via email care@ecozia.in
- Share your order ID, product details, and images of the damaged/incorrect item.
- Once approved, we will arrange a pickup and offer a replacement or refund based on your preference.
Cancellations
Before Shipment:
- If your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it by contacting our support team via email at care@ecozia.in or by calling us at +91-8800626140 (Monday to Friday, 10 AM – 5 PM).
- Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 24-48 hours.
After Shipment:
Orders that have already been dispatched are non-refundable. However, you may initiate a return after receiving the product.
General Terms
- Discount vouchers or promotional codes used during purchase are non-refundable and cannot be reused.
- We reserve the right to reject returns that do not comply with this policy.
- Changes to this policy may be made at our discretion without prior notice.
